What is the Mail Club?
The Mail Club is our subscription‑style service for customers who enjoy receiving regular mail from us. When you join, you’ll get curated letters, themed mail pieces, or special surprises delivered straight to your mailbox. It’s designed to bring a little joy, creativity, and connection to your everyday routine.
How often will I receive mail?
All Mail Club members receive one curated mailing every month. Each month’s envelope is prepared and sent on a set schedule, so you can look forward to something new arriving regularly. If we ever need to adjust a mailing date due to holidays or unexpected delays, we’ll let you know ahead of time.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Just visit our Join the Club tab, choose the items or membership tier you want, and complete checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details. If you’re joining the Mail Club, your first mailing will be scheduled according to the next available cycle.
Can I update my address?
Yes, you can update your address at any time. Because we prepare mailings in advance, we ask that you update your address before the 15th of the month. If an address change is submitted after the 15th of the current month, your current cycle may still ship to the previous address.
How does billing work?
Mail Club memberships are billed automatically on the first of every month.
What if I didn’t receive my mail?
If your mailing hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us. Sometimes postal delays happen, but we’re always happy to help track down your item or send a replacement when appropriate. For the quickest assistance, include your name, membership tier, and the mailing cycle you’re inquiring about.
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping for both Mail Club memberships and shop orders. Please note that international delivery times vary by country, and customs processing may cause additional delays. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your refund policy?
Because Mail Club items are custom‑prepared and mailed on a schedule, we generally do not offer refunds for past mailings. However, if there is an issue with your order or you feel something wasn’t delivered as promised, we encourage you to contact us. We’re committed to making sure you have a great experience.
