NOTES:

  • Monthly Subscription Cycle: Each month, members receive a surprise travel themed mailing inspired by a destination around the world.
  • Shipping Schedule: Subscriptions are fulfilled according to our monthly mailing schedule. New members will receive the next available shipment after joining. To help keep the Mail Club affordable and accessible for all members, shipments are sent via standard mail and do not include tracking numbers.
    • Booking Windows:
      June 16 - July 15: August Edition
      July 16 - August 15: September Edition
      August 16 - September 15: October Edition
  • Billing Schedule: Your first payment is charged when you join. After your initial payment, your subscription will automatically renew, and the recurring charge will be processed on the 1st day of each month.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service and location. International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive after mailing.
  • Sales Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on subscription payments.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any items returned due to an incorrect address will be re-sent at the customer's expense.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout.
  • Surprise Destination: The current month's destination is a surprise! The images shown on this page are from previous journeys and do not reveal where we'll be landing this month.

By signing up, you agree to a recurring monthly charge and will be billed on the same day you initially subscribed. You can Modify or cancel your subscription in the customer portal at any time.

To keep membership affordable, orders will be shipped using postage stamps and will not include tracking information.
